What is Soft Play?

Soft play is a specially designed play environment with equipment made from high-density foam covered in soft, wipeable vinyl. It provides a safe, cushioned space for babies and toddlers (ages 0–5) to explore, climb, and play without the risk of hard edges.

What ages are your play areas for?

Our soft play setups and mini bounce houses are specifically designed for children aged 5 and under. This ensures the safety of the equipment and the little ones playing in it.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are a fully licensed and insured LLC.

Booking & Logistics

how do i book?

Booking with us is a simple 3-step process:1. Click the "Secure My Date" button to fill out our event form. This gives us all the details we need to ensure your date and requested items are available.2. Once we review your details, we will email you a Rental Agreement. To move forward, you’ll just need to review and sign this digitally.3. After the agreement is signed, we will send an invoice via email. Your date is officially reserved once your 50% non-refundable retainer is paid via our secure Stripe link. Please note that all bookings are subject to applicable sales tax.
Events booked less than 7 days in advance require full payment upfront.
Please note: Dates are first-come, first-served and are only held once both the agreement is signed and the retainer is received.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure your date is available, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. However, feel free to check our calendar for any last-minute openings!

Do you set up outdoors?

Yes, we can set up outdoors provided the ground is level, dry, and clear of debris. We do require a shaded area or tent for outdoor setups during summer months to keep the equipment cool for little hands and feet.

What happens if it rains?

Because safety and the integrity of our equipment are our top priorities, we cannot set up outdoors if rain or high winds are in the forecast. We recommend having an indoor backup space. If you must reschedule due to inclement weather, we will apply your retainer toward a future date (subject to availability) if notified at least 24–48 hours in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

What if I need to change my event date?

We will do our best to accommodate date changes! Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may require a small rescheduling fee if requested less than 24-48 hours before the original event date.

What is your delivery fee?

We offer free delivery within a specific mile radius of Tallahassee. Locations outside of our standard service area may incur a small delivery fee based on distance.

Safety and hygiene

How do you clean the equipment?

Cleanliness is our top priority. Every piece of equipment is individually deep-cleaned, steam-cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic, child-safe cleaners before and after every event. We also spot-clean during the setup process.

What are the rules for the play area?

To keep the equipment pristine and the children safe, we require:No shoes or high heels (socks only)
Maximum total bounce castle weight 100lbs
No Pets
No food, drinks, or candy inside the play area
No face paint, confetti, glitter, or slime
Adult supervision at all times
Excessive damage and dirtiness caused by not following the stated rules will incur a $100 damage fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Customization & Add-Ons

Can I customize the colors to match my theme?

Absolutely! Our Grand Magnolia Experience allows you to choose from 4 specific ball pit and block colors. We also offer custom package add-ons called the Classic, Premium, and Ultimate to make the event uniquely yours.

What is the difference between the Themed upgrade tiers?

The Classic focuses on light customization like color coordination and name personalization.The Premium adds a full themed look and a 6 ft balloon garland.The Ultimate tier adds a fully styled experience including themed statement pieces and professional backdrops.

What if I only want ballon arch or garland?

We can make that happen! We charge $50 for setup and the cost of balloons. We use fresh, high-quality balloons for our arches and garlands. We cannot use pre-purchased balloons.

How do I get a quote for a custom theme?

Because custom setups require specific materials and design time, they are billed as an upgrade to our Mini, Signature or Grand Magnolia Packages. How long is the rental period?

Packages include 4 to 5 hours of playtime depending on the tier selected. If you need more time, you can add extra hours for an additional fee.
